The Stronghaus insulated sectional door offers a hard wearing, highly insulated and simple solution to most garages requiring a door which seals well, insulates like a brick wall and offers the very best in security whilst looking great as well.

With over 30 years of knowledge and experience, we will certainly be able to assist you in attaining the right size and specifications for your garage. Standard UK, European metric and purpose-made sizes are available in nearly all the various steel and timber designs.

Overview of features:

Reliable & Resilient

The STRONGHAUS Sectional can withstand the harshest environments, including the equivalent of 15 years of operation in coastal areas, and heavily polluted industrial regions. In short, this door has incredible resilience and will maintain its integrity and attractive appearance. 

These unique anti-corrosion properties
are possible due to:
• thickness of zinc coating (16 micron);
• double layer paint-and-lacquer coating
(PUR-PA) 23-35 micron thick.

Well Insulated

The Stronghaus sectional door has the same insulation properties
as a double brick wall, but with a staggering 15x reduced thickness, making it the same level of insulation, if not more insulation than the rest of a standard garage structure.

Silent Movement

Far smoother motion with unique ball race bearings in the rollers. This is a significant upgrade on most doors, and it majorly reduces the noise of the door. The bearings are closed off from dust and moisture, and do not require lubrication, which also saves on mess and maintenance.

Protected Sides

In heavy rainfall, water can collect at the bottom of doors. The plastic base of the side profile minimises the possibility of corrosion in high humidity. All while providing an attractive appearance for both door panels and for the frame.

Effective Safety

Torsion springs are equipped with spring breaks that stop the door leaf from falling in the case of spring breakage. This protection system is supplied at no extra cost to ensure safe operation.

Sizes:

The steel insulated door is available in sizes up to 6000mm wide (19’8”) and 3000mm high (9’10”) in 3 different front surface finishes and 4 different designs, most of which can have other elements added such as windows…
So many high quality powdercoated finishes are available as standard along with wood effect finishes too. (29 standard colours to choose from) Special RAL colours are also available along with non RAL colours, all at a reasonable price.

All Sectional STRONGHAUS Doors are available in 23 RAL colours (see right) as standard. However, on request you can select your door in any RAL colour of your choosing, or even 1 of 3 timber effect finishes (see below) for an incredibly realistic timber look that is more durable than the real thing.
