A sleek and modern design, this 20mm insulated door, offers more strength and stability than single skin steel hinged doors and the added benefits of insulation and greater security.

Create a minimalist look with the most modern of designs, the totally smooth panel on these side hinged doors will always impress. Available in 28 standard colours, the internal face of the panels are totally flat with no seam joints.

The twin steel outer skins bonded to a central thermal core form a 20mm deep insulated door leaf and both door panels are seated inside a box section steel sub frame, which is factory fitted for the easiest on site installation. All major components and hardware are factory fitted as standard so there is no on site major work to carry out.

- Made to measure as standard at no extra cost.
- All doorsets are only offered as 50:50 split but can open outwards or inwards of required.
- Concealed shoot bolts to top and bottom of inactive leaf holding the door panel secure.
- Handles, hinges and all relevant fittings and hardware are all pre fitted to the doors.
- Manufactured in the UK.
- Durable powdercoat colour finish options with white as standard at no extra cost.
- Colour matched external hinges.
- 2 as standard and 3 on larger sizes on each door leaf. Hinges are 3 way adjustable for alignment adjustments.
- Special RAL colours available on request if not listed in the standard options list.
- Choose left or right hand opening for active door leaf at no extra charge.
- Threshold as standard included.
- Lever handle, deadlock and adjustable keep as standard with internal thumb turn for effortless and safe operation from inside.
- Optional stainless steel (SS304) long handles in 2 different lengths and supplied as a pair of handles. This arrangement includes ball catch and deadlock locking.
- Standard chrome lever handle fitted with options for handle material and finish.
