Thermo 67 Sectional now to RC 2 Standards

The supreme Thermo 67 is now manufactured with Resistance Class 2 security equipment, making it the most secure, insulating and overall durable sectional available.

This prestigious security rating means the Thermo 67 has undergone thorough tests by official testing bodies, and can withstand a certain amount of time (3 minutes) of attempted break-in using certain tools. Not only is the door panel 67mm in thickness, a security feat in itself, but it is now equipped with additional security equipment as standard.

In addition to this, the standard sectional, the LPU 42, can now be optionally upgraded to include the RC 2 security equipment. This may be ideal where not as advanced insulation is required or to keep costs lower, but where security is still a concern.

The Thermo 67 is manufactured in Germany to the highest of standards by the industry-leaders, and designed to achieve the very highest levels of insulation. The 67mm thick door leaf and thermal break produces a U-value of 0.33 W/ (m²·K)*, and any rating of ‘1’ or under is impressive.

These un-matched insulation levels not only in-turn makes for great strength and security, but also an ideal door for those who use the garage as an extra room to their home.

The 67 offers a huge 30% better levels of insulation than the LPU 42 due to these properties, as well as the flexible bottom edge to create an effective seal, even if the ground is uneven.
