Garador Roller Door – A revolution in roller door design
Over time, dust and grime build-up on the roller doors curtain's surface and can damage the door’s surface paintwork, leading to scratches and markings. To solve this problem, Garador developed DuraBelt, a special anti-scratch technology that is intended to lessen scratches and increase the door curtain's lifespan.
The belt itself is made from a microcellular polyurethane elastomer, which was created in the automotive industry because of its excellent abrasion resistance and capacity to resist temperature changes. When exposed to moisture, oil or grease, the substance does not quickly degrade. It includes a protective layer between each lath as it rolls up when the door is opened.
The actual DuraBelt unit is hidden under the fascia panel and because the material is soft, there is less noise caused when it operated and no apparent marking on the door curtain. The entire system was specifically designed to protect Garador roller door over a long time period.
In addition, the new GaraRoll also offers a sleek new control panel design and comes equipped with a built in Bluetooth receiver, allowing homeowners to open or close the door with their smartphones via BlueSecur app. For the users who want a conventional remote control, two bisecur (868 MHz) hand transmitters are also included with door as standard.
