The Renomatic represents an extensive range of ‘pre-packaged’, remote control, insulated sectional garage doors. There is a wide range of sizes available, covering everything from a single garage width at 2134mm wide right up to a whopping 5000mm wide. The heights are fixed, but the widths may be customised.

3 Distinct Front Face Surface Finishes to Choose From : Woodgrain, Planar and Slategrain.

What are the differences?

Woodgrain Texture Finish

The Woodgrain finish is perhaps the most recognisable and original sectional garage door finish. A woodgrain effect is literally pressed into the front face of the steel panel to give a textured finish, which is ideal for taking any minor knocks and dents over the years with minimal visual impact.

Woodgrain Texture Finish

The Slategrain surface is a variation on the woodgrain and is unique to Hormann. It gives a lovely effect when seen on a full size door, offering a modern and unique appearance, again perfect for hiding any minor knocks and dents.

The Planar range is a more recent addition, with a smooth, matt finish resulting in a timeless, elegant style.

2 of the Most Technologically Advanced Remote Control Electric Operators

This Renomatic Electric Sectional door package comes with the Hormann Promatic Series 4 electric operator and 2 hand held remote transmitters as standard. An upgrade to the Supramatic operator with optional features is available if required.Hormann ProMatic Electric Operator

The Bi Secur radio system used on the operators is an encrypted module developed by Hormann for the most secure, interference free operation.

Standard Promatic electric operator features also include:

- Automatic safety cut out when an obstacle is encountered.

- LED lighting with automatic on and off control

- Kevlar belt drive for the quietest and lowest maintenance operation

- 2 hand held transmitters

- Internal emergency override in case of power failure in the garage

- Bi Secur technology

- Hormann’s unique mechanical anti lift gear in the operator boom.

The Supramatic is a more powerful motor and certainly a sensible upgrade on double width door sizes. The Supramatic also has a faster operational speed setting, brighter LED lighting and a stainless steel motor head cover. You also have the option of additional lighting and the Blue Secur app for convenient smartphone access to your controls.

How does the Renomatic sectional door differ from the LPU42 sectional door range?Section of RenoMatic panel

In short, there are very few differences between the two. The inside face of the Renomatic sectional door panels are not finished in the off white colour of the LPU42 doors, but instead have an attractive, galvanised finish. The door panels are still the same 42mm thick double skinned steel, offering excellent levels of insulation compared to any other garage door, apart from maybe the exceptionally thick LPU67 insulated sectional door.

In contrast to the bespoke LPU42, the Renomatic is available in a choice of widths (which may be tailored to your opening as an option) and a selection of pre-set heights. Although the measurement may not exactly match with your lintel height, the doors all come with a co-ordinated head fascia to match the door panel colour, giving a perfect, seamless finish. The side frame legs are RAL 9016 traffic white in a woodgrain finish as standard but may be upgraded for a colour match if required, although most sectional doors are installed as ‘behind fits’, and therefore the legs are not visible.

The Renomatic offers you the best possible value for a ‘pre-packaged’, remote control, insulated garage door, and comes complete with a 10 year guarantee and Secure by Design accreditation (subject to fitting).
